I’ am a Senior Teaching Assistant qualified in Childcare and Education NVQ Level 3. I have been on SULP (Social Use of Language Programme) training and also trained in Maths Recovery recently I have become a Relax Kids Teacher. I have visited Australia through school where I gained further knowledge in Social Skills and Emotional Literacy for children. Over the years I have worked with whole classes, small group’s and one to one .Working with mainstream children some who had learning difficulties, disabilities, low self esteem and Autism.

I deliver Relax Kids workshops at Hazeldean Therapy Centre throughout the year to a wide range of children and adults. I will visit your school and deliver to your children or staff, please see Options and pricing.

I have all the relevant policies, I have been police checked and have a first aid certificate.

Option 1 I can visit your school and deliver to the children a 1 hr workshop after school charging each child £3.75 therefore no cost to the school only the use of your hall. Minimum of 6 children Maximum of 20

Option 2 I can deliver a workshop, at your school either at your breakfast or after school club. The charge would be £40.00 for the hour.

Option 3 Relax Kids can be delivered to your staff either at a weekly meeting or Inset day. Great for Work Life Balance in the hectic school life. A 1hr workshop will include hands on activities including movement, games, stretching, massage, breathing, affirmations and visualisation. Also free exercises to do in class and affirmations to use daily. Cost £60.00

Option 4 Whole day at school delivering a 45 minute Relax Kids session to each class. Followed by a whole school assembly. Each child will be given a free exercise and colouring sheet to take home. Cost £175.00
