Relax Kids working standards:

Relax Kids is committed to eliminate where exists any discrimination whether by reason of age, gender, background, physical/mental ability, religion, colour, sexual orientation or nationality.

Equality of opportunity at Relax Kids means that in all its activities it will not collude to tolerated inequality by any individual, organisation, or group. Relax Kids will not discriminate or treat anyone less favourably on the grounds of age, gender, background, physical/mental ability, religion, colour, sexual orientation or nationality.

Any individual, organisation or group Relax Kids encounters that is mentally, physically, emotionally or neglectfully abusive towards children and young people will not be welcomed or permitted to interact with any staff or clients of Relax Kids. A copy of Relax Kids Codes of Conducts, Child Protection Policy and Equal Opportunities Policy is available for perusal.

Where any action is thought to be inappropriate, Relax Kids will actively raise and pursue the issue with the appropriate authorities.

Relax Kids will ensure that any discriminatory behaviour is met with appropriate, vigorous action in whatever context it occurs.

All members of staff of Relax Kids have undergone and passed regular police checks.

Relax Kids aims to teach children by their physical, mental, social and moral capacities through participation in appropriate and challenging recreational and reflective activities.

Relax Kids aims to ensure that all individuals, organisations and groups it works with, respects and encourages the positive development of children into responsible citizenship.
